Ingredients:
½ kilo Magnolia Chicken breasts Fillet, sliced into strips ¼ cup minced garlic ½ cup Magnolia Gold Butter ½ cup Purefoods cooked ham, sliced into strips ½ cup Carrots, cut into strips 250 gms asparagus 1/3 cup all purpose flour 2 tsps salt 1 tsp white pepper 250 gms all purpose cream 1 ½ cups chicken stock 500 gms Linguine
Procedure:
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Cut chicken, ham and carrots into strips. Cut asparagus into 1” pieces. Sauté all ingredients in ¼ cup butter. Set aside.
Using the same pan, melt remaining butter, add flour and whisk into a smooth paste. Add chicken stock and cream. Add the sautéed mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Toss in the cooked pasta right before serving. Serves 10.
