Ingredients:
2 tbsp Magnolia Gold Butter 1 pc onion, chopped 250 g potatoes, cubed ½ cup cream of corn 1/2 cup MAGNOLIA FRESH MILK ½ cup all purpose cream ¼ kilo Magnolia Chicken Station Chicken Breast Fillet, Boiled and cubed ½ tsp salt ¼ tsp pepper
Procedure:
Melt butter in a pan and sauté onions. Set aside. In a stock pot cook potatoes, until tender in as little water as possible. Add creamed corn, milk, cooked onions and chicken. Simmer for 15 minutes then season with salt and pepper. Makes 2-4 servings.
